Save The Rhino Trust- October 2007

Naturefriend Safaris has sponsored N$ 4000 towards the worth wile course of the Save The Rhino Trust. It is a non profit organisation that has had tremendous success over the years to protect the ever dwindling number of black rhino. Back in 1987 (while still at school) I was part of a students committee that organised a 10km run. The funds did go to the then rather brand new save the rhino fund. Back then only a handful of rhinos where left in Nambia. But now numbers have grown steadily and Namibia can "export" black rhinos to neighbouring countries - a true success story. It is a privilege to now be able to donate some money.
